AG DESIGN CONCEPTS is available to work closely with the client and create a design concept that fits the clients’ needs and aesthetic.  Once a design is established AG DESIGN CONCEPTS is available to consult with the homeowner for design solutions or to assist in every part of the construction, renovation, or decorating process to make sure the design concept comes to life. More specifically we can assist in finding all the right suppliers including tile, cabinetry, stone, furnishings and decor to provide the right resources for your project.  In addition, we are available to assist in purchasing and selecting all the finishes, and safely coordinating their arrival your home and supervising installation.  

Remodeling and Project Management

Renovations on your home can be a very stressful process, not only do they disrupt your regular schedule but you immediately have a list of decisions to make to ensure your project is completed to your standards.  AG DESIGN CONCEPTS can assist in making all of those decisions by creating a cohesive design concept and keep the project moving in a timely fashion by acting as the General Contractor.  As part of our construction bid we include complimentary design hours that help with selecting plumbing fixtures, paint colors, tile and other finishes that are relevant to your project, or even create a design board to provide a cohesive vision throughout your project.  We are there through every step to communicate progress and schedule with the client and constantly meet with our subcontractors to ensure the design concept is executed seamlessly.  Throughout this process AG DESIGN CONCEPTS distributes a document that reviews the project to keep everyone involved on point.  This includes a review of the tentative construction schedule, accounting and a dated checklist of remaining items that are needed from all the parties involved.  This makes the process much less stressful and run seamlessly.

AG DESIGN CONCEPTS is available to consult with the homeowner and create a design concept that is a reflection of the homeowner.  For projects with limited budgets AG DESIGN CONCEPTS can work with the homeowner to create a design concept and produce a design board which the client can use to purchase furnishings and decor for their space.  We are available to re-purpose a room using the homeowners’ existing furnishings to give your space a fresh new feel.  We are also available to start with a clean palette and create a new design concept and work with the client to select pieces and design custom furnishings that will work for you.  AG DESIGN CONCEPTS is also available to assist with staging while a homeowner is preparing to sell their house.
